We take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our hand-painted Madhubani products. As each item is handcrafted and made to order, we follow a strict no-refund policy on all purchases.

Refund Policy - the basics

Please Note:

  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color/design variation, or delivery delays caused by courier services.
  • Minor imperfections are natural in handmade art and are not considered defects.

Refunds are only applicable in the rare case of:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged item received (must be reported with photo proof within 24 hours of delivery)
